Youth Sports: Sports are an excellent way to stay in shape while having fun. Our youth sports programs are open to a wide range of ages. It's never too late to learn with one of our programs: Swim Starters: Allow your infant or toddler to learn to swim early with Swim Starters. In this program, the child is accompanied by a parent or guardian and learns to be comfortable with water. Our instructors work on swim readiness and confidence-building skills while instructing parents on water safety. Swim Basics: This program is ideal for older children who are ready to learn basic swim skills and water safety.
We'll work through the swim-float-swim sequence and more as we teach students to tread water and swim with confidence. Swim Strokes: Throughout this program, students will work on stroke technique and learn more water safety skills. Along with improving the ability to swim, this course also encourages a commitment to exercise throughout life.
