TNS advocates for societal change for individuals with disabilities as they transition out of highschool, by working with the community to educate about integrated living, employment and job support. TNS believes in innovating and inspires creative thinking, within the community, in regards to disability employment by creating and maintaining relationships with the community and employers, sharing stories, and celebrating our participants. The COVID outbreak has left many people around the country without transition and vocational support.

Therefore, TNS decided to bring those support systems to you. We offer one-on-one remote transition and vocational support and guidance to make sure you continue to progress and transition into adulthood, seamlessly.
