If you need to setover your trial date, you MUST submit your request to reschedule in writing AND the court must receive your request 14 days prior to your trial date. You may provide dates in your request that you know will not work for you.

The request for setover must include the following:. First time reschedule requests, received by the court 14 days before your trial date, will be granted. You will receive a new trial date in the mail within weeks of your request.

Second time reschedule requests or requests received less than 14 days before your trial date will be reviewed by a judge. What if my trial date was not rescheduled?
